ROTOCURE




Rotocure is used for curing rubber sheeting with or without textile reinforcement ,rubberised fabrics and light conveyor belts.


  • The rotocure machine consist of a large steam heated revolving steel drum, which is partly encompassed by an endless steel band.

  • The steel band encompasses approximately 2/3 of the circumference of the drum through the action of two conducting rockers and a tensioning pulley.The drum is heated by means of steam to a temperature of 150-200°C . In addition there is a heating plate bent around approx half of the surface of the drum and which gives additional heat,but primarily it prevents loss of heat.


  • Calendared rubber material is placed between the drum and the drum at the lower conducting roller with the aid of the tensioning pulley, the band is strained so that a pressure of approx 0.3Mpa is obtained between the band and the drum. The speed of the drum can vary from a couple of metres up to 200m
of cured materials per hour all depending on the materials thickness and rate of vulcanization.


Rotocure는 섬유 보강재, 고무 강화 직물 및 경량 컨베이어 벨트가 있거나없는 고무 시트의 경화에 사용됩니다.
rotocure 기계는 부분적으로 끝없는 강철 밴드로 둘러싸인 큰 스팀 가열 회전 드럼으로 구성됩니다.
캘린더 링 된 고무 재료는 인장 풀리의 도움으로 하부 전도성 롤러에서 드럼과 드럼 사이에 놓여지며, 밴드는 밴드와 드럼 사이에서 약 0.3MPa의 압력이 얻어 지도록 변형됩니다. 드럼의 속도는 몇 미터에서 200 미터까지 다양합니다.시간당 경화 된 재료의 양은 모두 재료 두께와 경화 속도에 따라 다릅니다.
강철 밴드는 두 개의 전도성 로커와 인장 풀리의 작용을 통해 드럼 둘레의 약 2/3를 감싸고 있습니다. 드럼은 증기에 의해 150-200 ° C의 온도로 가열됩니다. 또한 드럼 표면의 약 절반 정도가 구부러진 열판이 있으며 추가 열을 발생 
시키지만 주로 열 손실을 방지합니다

Elastomeric Bearings: Plain and Reinforced Plain, unreinforced elastomeric pads are used for short spans on which loads and movements can be accommodated by a single layer of elastomer. As vertical load and movement requirements increase, thin reinforcing plates are combined with multiple layers of elastomer to form a laminated reinforced elastomeric assembly .
